Welcome to Ravensfield, a gem nestled between North Devon and North Cornwall! This expansive six bedroom holiday home exudes a luxurious, boutique ambiance while comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. We invite you to bring along your furry companions too, with room for three well-behaved dogs.

Step inside to discover two large lounges, one of which houses a handsome baby grand piano and a cozy wood-burning stove—perfect for creating a soothing musical backdrop or simply curling up with a good book. Our second lounge houses one of the two smart TVs and a CD player, with a generous selection of CDs and books to keep everyone entertained.

Meal times will be a joy at Ravensfield. A beautifully light and airy dining room comfortably seats 12, complete with a bar area and chiller for those celebratory toasts. Patio doors open onto the veranda, inviting the outside in and making for breezy summer dinners. The heart of our home, the kitchen, is fully equipped with a large Aga cooker, an American style fridge freezer, oven/microwave, and a coffee maker, providing all you need to prepare delicious meals.

Our home offers six thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, three with king-sized beds, one double, one twin, and a downstairs king-sized zip and link bedroom for easy access. All rooms feature ensuite shower rooms, with one ensuite also boasting a bath. There's also a separate family bathroom and a handy downstairs toilet.

Entertainment abounds at Ravensfield! The games room in the double garage features a 7ft pool table, large table tennis table, football table, and a variety of board games. For those who love outdoor fun, we've got a cricket and croquet set ready for action. After a day of play, unwind in the hot tub located on the large, lit veranda with seating for all guests. Each guest has a spa robe and extra towels for your comfort and convenience.

For those with little ones, we have a cot and high chair available upon request. We also provide a laundry room complete with an electric range cooker, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Ravensfield offers abundant parking space and even provides an EVC charger upon request at an additional charge.

Explore the large grounds around the lakes and enjoy the open space, or venture a bit further to discover the charm of North Devon and North Cornwall. A private hire lake for carp fishing is just 500 metres away, available on request at an additional charge. And let's not forget the fantastic facilities on our doorstep! The Wake Park, Milky Way Adventure Park, sandy beaches, and the unique village of Clovelly are all close by. Plus, you can enjoy fresh milk and milkshakes from Woolsery Milk.

When you don't feel like cooking, you're in luck! High-quality restaurants such as The Farmer’s Arms, The Hoop’s Inn, and The Red Lion are just a stone's throw away. We also have new takeaway facilities on our doorstep, including an excellent Fish & Chip Shop linked to The Farmer’s Arms, Ember Pizza, and Moorhead Country Holidays Kitchen, with Just Eat delivery available.
